[Logic] Call Book Form vs. ESC key

Hello All

I have been in touch with Dennis concerning the ESC key closing the Callbook
form. He thought he had it fixed in ver .128 but now he can't make it close
and yet mine always closes.

Please take a moment to make sure that the FORMS/CALLBOOK FROM CD form is
open, make it active and then hit the ESC key.  It seems that Dennis can't
make the form disappear, while both mine and the neighbors machines do make
it close.  Drop me a note with your results.
