[Logic] Dupe Form

Hi Terry,

Turn off confirm saving changes under tools|options.  Check Enter
enables New QSO under [contest logform]|setup.  That will reduce the
number of key strokes to get to a blank form down to one.

Keep forms|other qso's window open.  That will help with seeing the
record that is causing a dupe.
