Ron, Dennis,

Delete the current CIA list under Lists of Valid Values and try this
site instead:

http://www.qsl.net/ve3tpz/cisa/Canadian.html

It works.  

Dennis, can you make the Canadian Islands download interface screen
like the US Islands one? (Back to the way it was...)  Or, in the
alternative, make the US Islands download interface like the CIA one?
