[Logic] spotlog.load line 30

 I did a system restore which put me back to square one on my first
computer. I decided to try it on my laptop first. Now im getting,

Read only file detected
c:\program files\Logic6\logic.exe
it says to overwrite the file I click YES , it starts to update then I get

Error Number 37,general file transfer error, ck your target location and try
again.

What do I need to change to make it work<G>
probably a simple fix i hope, but its beyond me...computer stupid here!
