[Logic] Help with setting NIST time

Hello all, I am still working on my new computer setup and have 
recently found something not working quite right. I can set the 
computer time (XP Pro) to NIST with no problem. When I try to set=
 it 
from within LOGic I get error messages. I seem to remember=
 something 
about this from the past but can't seem to locate the answer in=
 my 
LOGic emails. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
