Thank you Art for suggestion.
I gave a look at the URL you posted but I understood that if you do not 
follow the IOTA program with all your possible effort, the chances to do 
mistakes are very great.
By the way, I found the ITALIAN Province list into LOGIC with many errors 
due to misspelling and the list itself is not complete. my wife and me are 
working to upgrade: if someone could tell me how to isolate from the rest 
of the list, I could easily post for all the users. We are working on at 
moment...and need another hour to complete...
