[Logic] Parallel-port CW keying

I just discovered this at http://www.hosenose.com/radio/support/logic6/faq/

Parallel-port CW keying, PTT and CW annunciation thru the speaker does not 
work on Win XP or Win 2000.  The options to select an LPT port are grayed out.
A file was left off of some of the early CDs we sent.  Please download 
TVICPORT.SYS.  Exit LOGic. Put it in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS folder.
