The procedure for maintaining two separate logbooks in LOGic 6 are the
same as in LOGic 5. You can keep your log files where they are
i.e. under the IK0HBN and IZ0COC subdirectories. Just create two
separate icons for LOGic 6 with DATA pointing to the path where your
subdirectories are located. Look under Help|Multiple Databases for more
info.

Try bringing over your old Lists of Valid Values table into LOGic 6 by
copying from ../logic5/logdata/lists.dbf --> ../logic6/logdata/lists.dbf
(make a backup of your lists.dbf file first though).
I don't use the QSL Routes database but I imagine you can try bringing
it over as well. Not sure about this one though.
If this doens't work, you may have to reinstall from the IOTA and QSL
Routes disk.

No. Just because you don't have a USERFIELD on your logform does not
mean that the data is gone. It's still there. You may have to create
new USERFIELDS to match the ones you had in LOGic 5 but once you do
you'll see that all your old data shows up.

Yes, it's possible. Copy your old DEFAULT.LOGFORM to another name and
place it in your new logform folder.
