[Logic] ADIF Numbers for New Entities

Hi George,

there is the way to import new DXCC entities to LOGIC, but as you can see 
the ADIF numbers are different from ones Bill Moore gave you. Is it 
necessary to update such numbers? If not, what should happen to Logic? 
Should it badly import qso's from other programs such as Writelog or CT?
