[Logic] IOTA: HELP!!!!

Sure your message should have arrived before here...-(((
I have imported the list sent by John, but I discovered that the IOTA 
number disappeared, leaving only the name of island (the first should be 
AGALEGA and it's the only thing that appears). So I tried to import for 
other 2 times...and nothing to do.
So I gave a look at list.dbf within the program LIST OF VALID VALUES and 
discovered that ALL THE IOTA REFERENCE LIST is written 3 times!!???? How to 
wipe redundant info? Have I missed all the reference put in all the qso's 
in 2 years??? sigh sigh..
please any help?
