[Logic] DX Challenge Report

For the DXCC millennium award.
I exported the data (using appropriate date parameters) to an Excell
spreadsheet.  Then did a UNIQUE sort on the country prefix (DXCC in Logic),
prettied it up and printed it.

For the Challange Award, eliminate the DXCCSUB cards, and
sort on DXCC+BAND.
