This is an interesting feature request i.e. putting the broadcast spot
icon on the logform.  I like it.  Although this doesn't totally solve
the problem, in terms of making the logform "active" if the focus is on
another window, hitting F5 is the quickest way to bring down the Log
dropdown menu (a al LOGic 5).  Then just use "d" as the hotkey for
Broadcast spot.  For me using the keyboard is always, always, always
faster than using mouse clicks.
