Carl's comments on having to "peel away" to get a desired form on top is
related to my comments on wanting to get "terminal" and "telnet" off the
desk top. When I switch from another application to Windows I seem to
have to do a lot more "peeling" to get all the forms I need visible. I
have not quite put my finger on why this seems to be more of an issue
for me with V6.

I am also using 6.0.101. I do not have a drop-down menu on the LOGFORM
called "Log". I do have that in 5.3.128. Also, 'Alt+C does not work here
and, as I stated in my message to Dennis, forwarded to here, entering
the
card check-in date manually, brings up all kinds of 'Error' screens and
the
year finally defaults to 1920 as the check-in year. This is just one of
many, growing-pain, problems. My DXCC list, as well as the IOTA, CIA,
etc.,
lists, are not up to date anymore and after an Awards Progress update I
have
over 70 errors, such as "VU is not listed in DXCC list", etc. My DXCC
progress status dropped from 325 to 319, similarly for my other awards,
and
when I call up any screen, such as 'progress list', it is hidden and not
'on-top' and I have to peel away at the upper layer until I find it. As
well, I can only get four 'User Defined Fields' activated. However, with
perseverance and the help from all of you, eventual success is
guaranteed
