[Logic] Do I need Win 2k to run LOGic 6?

Do I need Win 2K to run LOGic 6, thinking of the upgrade soom . Runnig
Win95b now.
Will I need Win 2k also? May be answering my own question here with the
split screen feature
that is part of LOGic 6 and only availble in Win98 up.
