[Logic] Downloading upgrade

Ameritech has never limited file size on downloads. They are owned by
SBC and I'm using DSL.

Downloads begin at a quick pace, ususally, and die in the middle.
Several times at 768K or so, once at 1.68Mb.

Tried with an ftp client and get the same result.
