[Logic] Radio

I chose 20% for selected window, 0% for windows underneath. This will be a big help becasue I can now display more of TRX modules for reference with Logic windowes on top. I upgraded to Win2K mostly for that feature, and then discovered that the whole system runs much more smoothly with respect to multi-programs at once and compurt issues that were sometimes problematic under 98.
