[Logic] Contest Score Window

The values you mention were already corrected for the new contest prior to
the start of the contest.  I'm also using a distinct Contest ID value in
that setup field.

The Contest Score window provides the QSO Count, Multiplier Count, and QSO
Rate for the current contest.  The values displayed are still wrong
(including QSOs made in the previous contest).  Does anyone else have a
suggestion?
