[Logic] SLIGHT problem with DDE from MIXW

If I am scanning with MixW either manually or automatically and it detects a
call, it puts record in Logic. I don't think a record should be put in Logic
until I end a QSO by logging it in MixW with a positive action. Perhaps this
is a problem with MixW too, perhaps MixW is sending a message to Logic that
a contact was logged when it was not? If that is true then MixW needs to be
fixed. That is why this is gong to both groups.
