[Logic] Pre-printed Cards and QSL Rates

All cards go out of here either via the buro or with an SASE (or greenstamp)
to a manager or home address.
DX returns on 2500+ cards are in excess of 95%.  Some may take a year or two
or three....but they show up...
All cards are answered the same way they came in....buro cards go out about
four times a year.

Domestic returns on 200+ cards , mostly 6 Meters, are 50-60%
