Hello LOGic 5 Users,

I received several replies to an earlier post of mine indicating I'd publish
several LOGic 5 Reports to my web site: www.k1uq.com for printing QSL
cards. Multiple Qs per card, Single Qs, envelopes, etc. Fronts of cards as
well as rear of cards.

I finally had time to revamp web and begin uploading QSL card files, and
have a few more to go, but am out of computer time. I'll eventually get to
envelopes and then labels.

Skip - You asked the most questions so I'm answering yours directly. I'll
try to answer, albeit briefly, now. I also feel others may benefit from
your questions as well, hence the global post - - you had the most, .

8 QSO Reports - there are pictures and some info. These reports gather all
of your Qs by SPECIFIC call. It starts with first call encountered (oldest)
and works forward in time. If you have 9 Qs, you'll print 2 cards - one w/8
Qs & one w/ 1 Q. The message/comment you wish to add is taken from the LAST
Q printed on card (in above example, #8 Q on 1st card and #9 on 2nd card)

Many of my reports rely on my setup of LOGic - meaning getting info from my
userfields as well as initial setup of LOGic itself.

The 8 Q reports are in two sizes - see www.k1uq.com and enter K1UQ pages -
look for table on K1UQ Home page.

I can print anything I care to. My reports are setup to print the entire
cards - front and back.

I use B&W as well as Color printing (see k1uq.com).

For stock - see k1uq.com

Large size? Not at all... I guess you've never received one of those slick
folded DX cards, eh? Someday down the road, I have numerous other ideas for
folder-style cards. As for Bureau sorting, a sorter-friend says it can hang
out of the cubby hole in his pigeon hole bin. I'm not concerned - see
comment re. DX folder cards.

I file my cards in a 3-ring binder inside clear plastic sleeves. Each
sleeve has a label. (4 cards per page/sleeve, 2 front & 2 rear). An empty
pocket in a sleeve means I need the card. As I get a fancier card, I
replace the predecessor. Older cards go in oversize index card filing
boxes. I have larger poket sleeves for bigger cards. I printed label
inserts for every DXCC entity.

Your last question is about QSL card not requiring envelopes - see k1uq.com.

Poke around www.k1uq.com and enjoy.

73, Bill K1UQ
