[Logic] County Hunting and Award Confirmastions.

First.. my thanks to all of you who responded so quickly to my 
questions on "Counties".. I am always amazed how quickly you guys 
jump in with the answers..  It looks like we now have 3077 counties, 
including Bloomfield in Colorado which was added just recently.


My other question pertains to award confirmations. Are QSL cards 
still the ONLY basis of confirmation for the various awards . (DXCC, 
WAS, etc.,etc.)?? One would think that the ARRL would accept the very 
detailed reports that can be generated by Logic and perhaps other 
logging programs. It would certainly save a lot of handling costs, 
etc. And.. it would be no different then the printed logs that they 
now accept as confirmation of performance in the various contests.

Just a thought..
