[Logic] ascii printouts

i have some problems printing reports to an  ascii file
especially i need the full date to submit for dxcc checking,
the checker cant check anything past 10 years
so they need the date complete but it keeps getting chopped
off after 8 characters.

maybe i can define the width of the field in the report itself?
