[Logic] Report Error

I am using Logic 5 latest update.
I am trying to get a report of 5BDXCC progress in a single report that
will list countries by band and mode that are worked and/or unconfirmed,
similar to the Progress List screen.
I downloaded the
All band and mode awards progress.REP (2k) and .FPT (84k) from the PDA
web site and it will not run
I get an error that says"
"c:\logig5\se;ect_award.scx" does not exist
Any suggestions?
