[Logic] Missing tables???

Help,
I don't know what I did but it seems that my DX table and maybe others are 
suddenly missing.  When I first start LOGic I get several repetitions of 
two Messages: "Not a table" and " 'field' phrase is not found".  After 
clicking "ignore" a half a dozen times or more my default log screen 
appears but the DX and other fields are blank.  SOME of the other blank 
fields are: ITUZ, CNTY, IOTA and CQZ.  However the information for those 
fields appears down below in the browse log form.

How do I cure this problem without losing all my log data?
After the tables are recovered will there be other steps required to 
"re-log" and fill-in all the presently blank fields in my logform?
