Open you ARRL DX for W & VE logform.  Go to Log|Setup -- then pick the
Contest Setup tab and then the Cabrillo tab.

I'm going by memory here so am not sure about the name of the box
(maybe RX Exchange?  It should be obvious if you get to this
screen...)

Type:

TAG_VAL("RX PWR:"USERFIELDS)

Click OK and then try Exporting your contest log file again.
