[Logic] Report- Order of Selection

I recently was involved in a competition that was based on the time it took to
complete a 2002 QRP WAS & DXCC for Flying Pigs QRP Club (
http://www.mpna.com/fpqrp/pig_dxccwas.html ).I used the qso_date>={01/01/2002}
which worked fine but I noticed when I generated an Award Report to DXCC or
WAS, when there was more than QSO for any entity it did not necessarily print
the first incidence of working an entity (state or DXCC ). Is there a way to
control this aspect of report so that it will print the qso for the first time
I worked an entity? Also as an aside is there also a way when printing DXCC or
other award submisissons to force it to print a "native" QSO vs. A "portable"
QSO (i.e. FG4ABC instead of FG/N6ABC)
