[Logic] Notes, Addresses (memo fields) Help

Dear LOGic users:

I moved LOGic to a new computer a few months ago but apparently I didn't 
get all of my old data.  I just noticed that "Address" and "Notes" entered 
over the years are not there.

I can still access the old computer's hard drive so the information isn't 
lost. Does anyone know the name(s) of the file(s) that I have to move over 
to the new machine to get back my information?

On a related subject, my re-install of LOGic was simple EXCEPT getting back 
all of my customized screens, reports, user fields and the like.  Maybe 
someone has a list of all LOGic file names with a description of what they 
are?  I went by their creation date which helped but wasn't 
foolproof.  With computers so cheap now, a lot of us are upgrading.  For me 
it's too late to just move everything over because by now, I've probably 
created newer versions of some of the needed files.
