[Logic] FW: CALLBOOK from internet

I put the qrznet32.zip in my web space as it seems to be hard to find.

The file is available at my website since I can't remember the authors site
and it is not in any search engines. I hope he soon makes it more available.

Since Flying Horse is going out of business the site may go away. I would
try one of the other DLLs, I have not done so yet.
