[Logic] Logic.131 update

The Logic .131 updated file is:

11/23/2002 07:12PM      5,385,782 logic.exe

Thats the confusion. Dennis released it to us on 9Dec but the file date is
11/23/02
I do wish Dennis would time stamp the updates with the version number or
date.

It is found in the root directory of the FTP site.
Just copy it over the Logic.EXE file in Logic and run CLEAN.
