[Logic] LOGic .131

It would help a LOT if the actual full name of the correct file to transfer
were given in these notes and it would help a LOT more if the name were
sensible, like logic6update131.exe for instance. Without that a person with
a slow connection could be pretty upset transferring 6 Mbs and getting the
wrong one. Dennis PRETTY PLEASE DO THAT.
