[Logic] Spot Log Appearances

While we're requesting things. I would like to remind Dennis of the request I
made several mouths ago about an alarm for the spot log. I have seen in another
web cluster program the ability to set up alarms for up to five call signs or
DX entities. The idea is that when one of the listed calls or a listed country
shows up on the cluster your computer will play a wave file with the sound of a
siren or some other attention getting sound to announce the presence of the
wanted call sign or the DX country. I would suggest the playing time of the
alarm sound be user settable 0-5 min.
