Hi Paul,

After you import your log, any changes you make should not be affected
by what was included in your original ADIF log.  Try importing your
ADIF log, turning on Tools|Options|Confirm saving changes, and then
trying to enter in the counties.  And then go back to see if they were
indeed saved.  Let us know...
