Try my advise (with me it's worked)
In the log form window (where you enter the log data) press on the "log"
Go to "setup"
Choose "general" 
On the lower left corner you have a square with two line
Mark the first line " (enter) activates browse window"
By changing to this format you will have the data from the first
contact.
Good luck

Hi Knut, hope all is well and you have fine wx in 5B4 land here all is
well we live very close to the beach so that humidity is high and temp
around 32-34 cel. A/C IS WORKING OVERTIME HI HI , Knut I tried what you
suggested  NO IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY the first data I must press the
log then call book to log to import the data.... that is a fact thanks
