[Logic] Dreaming about transparency options

The logic transparency only applies to the window with focus.
I would like to see the transparency set for each and every window on the
desktop independently. I would like to see the transparency stay all of the
time, not just when the window has focus. That would make it much easier to
see all that is needed without buying a 21 inch monitor or using a
resolution so high that I couldn't read it.
What do others here think about that? I wonder what the chance is that it
could happen?
I think it would be a very nice enhancement. I find that having only one
window at a time transparent does not help very much. I think that the
design would be better if every window on top were to be transparent. In
other words the most recent window with focus would be the transparent
window when 2 windows occupy the same screen space, assuming it has been set
transparent. The help file does says only the current window , the
foreground window, will be transparent? If a window had not been set
transparent then even if it were the foreground window it would remain
opaque. I know I ma probably asking a lot of coding here, just a dream!
If you want to see how nice this can be, look for a program that is free
call vitrite, it can give transparency to any window on the system.
