[Logic] QSL - Via addressing or AM I brain-dead??????

This one works because I don't have it filtered and I don't see any ASIAN
character sets coming in this set. I am not complaining about people on this
list, I see few if any Asian sets here. The problem is the people that do
post Asian sets and usually by direct mail. The filters I set deletes any
email from anyone that uses certain character set. These are the ones most
often used for Asian character sets. If I do not, I get hundreds of messages
that I cannot read cluttering my mail.
Unfortunately outlook does not make it easy to filter only for certain
messages but I think I am going to move the filters to the end of the list
so that those for the email lists get moved first. If they have Asian
characters in the I will just have to deal with it. Most do not, mostly it
is sent from Asian sites that have no idea that I cannot read them anyway.
