[Logic] Character sets

[K1UQ]

Not sure what this char set does.  I just went to one of my web sites
(www.H44A.com) where I have translators to convert English to Japanese,
Chinese, etc. and I could still convert & read, so looks like I have not
lost Asian char. sets.
