[Logic] QSL - Via addressing or AM I brain-dead??????

If you use iso-8859-1 you get deleted from my lists. That allows foreign
characters and I get a GREAT DEAL of SPAM with Asian characters that I
cannot read.
PLEASE on this list use us-ascii for your character set. I am not the only
one that filters anything that is not us-ascii.
