[Logic] Spot log minimizes when it should not

If you click on a spot log entry to set the radio and the spot log is on the
windows desk top and you click on a spot near the end of the list (3 in this
case) it will set the radio but then minimize itself. It dose not minimize
if you use some of the first entries. This is logic 6 and XP.
