Terry:

I tried filtering both QSO DATE T as ">" the day before your beginning date 
and TIME OFF as ">" the second before the beginning time - and with the 
"AND" box checked (default) at the top of the filter dialog box, it worked 
fine.  This is a work-around to what I assume is a more correct use of QSO 
DATE T in case you don't get that answer.
