[Logic] FW: Web Cluster Window

With further experimentation I find that the window comes up in the same
place every time if I put it on the widows desktop. That is a good way to do
it and may be the answer if other windows have that attribute?

I set up my Web Cluster Window in the upper right corner of the main window.
When I close Logic 6 and then reopen it the window did not retain the exact
position. It has moved itself down about 20% of the Web Cluster window
height. Am I missing a setting or is this normal?
I have not noticed that behavior with other windows?
