[Logic] Improved Web Cluster

I've been in communication with Dennis about the DXTelnet=
 interface with LOGic 6.  In the process of our exchange, he=
 asked me what changes he would have to make to the internal=
 LOGic cluster interface to make the need for DXTelnet a moot=
 point.  I told him that I would like improved filtering,=
 including the ability to limit spots to those originating from=
 your own call area.  What other improvements would you like to=
 see.  Please post these, and I'll make sure that Dennis sees=
