appropriate "Political" fields.

George the new field is used by LOGic to access the Internet for
'Callbook look ups'.
according to the description in the LOGic newsletter page 3
"Upgrading Logic 5 and other Versions".

So after you make your modifications, try looking up a call with
the prefix you modified and see if logic direct you to the correct 
call books. Check some of the DX prefixs too.
