[Logic] 6.0.102 update, new WPX logform

Hello all--

Had several reports of windows not being 
able to be brought to the top.  Can't 
reproduce it here, but based on the info 
provided to me, I think this will fix it.

There are some other fixes too, so get 
this update.

There is a rules change for WPX.  LOGic 5 
and 6 users both get thenew WPX log 
form from the LOGic 6 site.
