[LEARC] August meeting

Our Secretary and Treasurer are unable to meet until August 19th.

We absolutely must meet and sooner rather than later.

Is everyone okay with moving our monthly meeting to the 19th, which is a
week later, or can we go ahead and meet this Tuesday evening to make sure
decisions regarding our .06 repeater situation and the 501(c)(3) status for
grant writing/fundraising/sustainability purposes?

Option 3? If Jerry and Kevin provide their reports, I can take minutes for
this meeting.

Or is there a better suggestion? I'm working 9-1 tomorrow, Saturday August
9th.

Could someone pass this on to our two newest club members? I don't have
their email addresses.
