Both the ILARES net and the FEMA R5 AUXCOMM net welcome all
interested amateurs.

Winlink is an emergency communications resource that can get radio based
email messages through when normal Internet traffic is impaired or
unavailable.  It is a network of VHF  [Packet]  and HF  [Pactor, Ardop, or
Vara]  Amateur and SHARES stations that are linked via Internet when
available and radio only when necessary.  More information about Winlink is
