[LeArc] LEARC meeting Nov. 8

The LEARC meeting in November will be held at McDonough District Hosp. at 7 pm.  The meeting will start off with a communication exercise and the business meeting will follow the exercise.

All are encouraged to participate in the exercise.  If you have a handheld and might need assistance in programming a simplex frequency prior to the night, please e-mail rr-sample at comcast.net with the make and model of the handheld.
