Please plan on attending the Western IL ARC Swapfest tomorrow, August 6.
Setup starts at 6:00 AM, the gates officially open at 8:00 AM and
teardown
will start shortly after noon. Vendors that have indicated they will be
there are Amateur Accessories and The RF Adapter Guy. There are also a
few
other individuals that has asked for indoor tables. The outside flea
market
is free with paid admission, bring out you stuff to sell.

We have vendors, concessions, prizes and VE testing all scheduled, as
well
as a large area for tailgating.

VE Exams: walk-ins are accepted, but if you know you are planning to
take a
test, it will not hurt to contact NA9Q and let him know you will be
there.

Help is appreciated, we can always use more volunteers at the gate, in
concessions and possibly helping with the club table and prize drawings.

Tickets are $5.00 in advance, indoor tables are $10.00 each, and
tailgating
is free with paid admission. Come out and support the event and your
club!
