iHAB-2 Launch Announcement 

When: Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 14:00Z (9AM CDT) 
Preflight will begin at 13:00Z (8AM CDT) 


Where: Ottumwa Industrial Airport (OTM), Iowa. 

Transmission: A QRP Beacon (1.6 Watts CW) will be on 14.059 MHz 
The beacon will use the QRP ARCI club callsign - K6JSS 
Listen for this beacon message - “K6JSS iHAB 2” 

Tracking: using APRS on 2m, callsign W0OTM-4. Check the online track 

Reception reports: post your reports online at www.qrpspots.com A certificate will be available to people who provide a reception report. Requests for certificates should be sent to balloon at qrparci.org
