Hi Jesse. I should be able to get to the next meeting. I will be around during the Heritage days activities--but with no radio as of yet. If you want me to help with something--although mute--let me know. My call is KC9SIW for future reference. Thanks.

We have once again been asked about helping with the Heritage Days parade, which is to be held on Saturday, June 26th at 10 AM in Macomb.
As in previous years, we will likely assist with parade lineup and general organization, largely prior to the start of the parade. We will likely be asked to meet between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning to begin helping with parade organization, and then continue to help during the parade by following the main route up to the square.
If you are willing and able to help, please let me know ASAP so that I can advise the parade committee that LEARC/hams will once again be willing to assist with this annual community service endeavor. They usually request about ten (10) hams for assistance with parade lineup efforts.

Jesse:
Go ahead and put me down. If we can get a couple of extra HT's I believe Stephanie, KC9SIX and Mike, KC9SIY would be willing to assist as well.

KC9SIX.....I like that call. I have a couple of older HTs I could loan
out if somebody wants to come get them. Only 1 charger and a couple of
good batteries. Can't help out beyond that, we'll be working hard
setting up for Field Day.
