Dear LEARC members:

Time is swiftly moving. Before you know it, we will be meeting again. I am 
asking you to please submit agenda items to me OFF reflector to 
samplesail at yahoo.com by Tuesday, August 3, 2010. This will allow the officers a 
week to prepare for the next meeting.

Additionally, I would like to know how those of you with conflicts with 
Tuesday evening meetings and Saturday morning informal gatherings would prefer 
to be updated on club decision-making. This is your club, too, and you should be 
included as much as possible. Your method of contact should also be passed OFF 
reflector to my aforementioned email address.
